On 9th April 2023, the churches of Hilton, Middlefield, and Woodside in Aberdeen merged to become a new church with the name Aberdeen Hillside Parish Church. The Middlefield and Woodside church buildings have closed, and Aberdeen Hillside serves the communities of Hilton, Middlefield, and Woodside, from the former High Hilton church buildings.
